Tottenham Hotspur reportedly dispatched scouts to observe Fenerbahce’s 19-year-old player Yusuf Akcicek.
The young talent, a central defender, has impressed with his performances, gaining attention from clubs like Tottenham. He made 15 appearances last season and added 14 more this term.

Akcicek is considered a highly promising Turkish centre-back. He played in Fenerbahce’s derby against Galatasaray.
His performances reportedly attracted Tottenham’s attention. Tottenham sent scouts to Istanbul for the game against Antalyaspor.
However, the scouts were unable to see Akcicek play as Mourinho surprisingly left him on the bench, choosing Mert Muldur instead.
Despite this, Tottenham is expected to maintain interest in Akcicek, especially as they need defensive reinforcements due to injuries.
