After a brief one-year break, Scottie Scheffler, a two-time Masters champion, is once again in charge of planning the menu for the Masters Club dinner for champions.

The dinner, a tradition honoring the tournament’s current champion, began in 1952 thanks to Ben Hogan. It’s an exclusive event for Masters champions and the club chairman, Fred Ridley.

Scheffler, who secured his second green jacket the previous year with a final round of 68, finishing the tournament at 11 under par and defeating Ludvig Åberg by four strokes, has created a menu that reflects his Texas roots.

Dinner guests will begin with an appetizer selection of cheeseburger sliders, firecracker shrimp, and meatball and ravioli bites. This will be followed by Texas-style chili and a choice of cowboy ribeye or blackened redfish for the main course.

Dessert will feature a warm chocolate chip skillet cookie served with vanilla bean ice cream.

This menu is quite different from the Spanish-inspired menu of 2024, which was chosen by Jon Rahm. Interestingly, this year’s menu is very similar to Scheffler’s menu from 2023.

The saying goes, “if it’s not broken, don’t fix it.” This makes one wonder about the presence of tortilla soup on the menu.
