World No. 11 Russian tennis player Mirra Andreeva has spoken about her relationship with her coach, Conchita Martinez. Andreeva shared that she felt at ease with Martinez from the moment they began working together.
“From the very beginning of our professional relationship, I felt a strong connection,” Andreeva stated. “During our first tournament together, everything went incredibly well, and I felt very comfortable around her. Conchita mentioned she felt the same, which is great. Our dynamic is always energetic, and I believe we both know when to be energetic and when to be calm and serious.”
“Yes, I trust her completely in all aspects. She is aware of everything happening in my life. Whether that’s good or bad, that’s just how it is. I am extremely happy to have her by my side,” Andreeva concluded.
