Footage has emerged showing Liverpool stars Trent Alexander-Arnold and Mohamed Salah being separated after what appeared to be a minor disagreement during training.
Salah was recorded on camera approaching his teammate and gently pushing him in what seemed to be a good-natured exchange.
The winger was seen smiling as teammates including Ibrahima Konate, Harvey Elliott, and Curtis Jones intervened to defuse the situation.
Alexander-Arnold continued the exchange as they moved onto the training pitch.
Sources close to the club have indicated that the incident was all in jest, according to reports from Liverpool Echo.
Later, the two players were observed laughing and joking around the training grounds.
Liverpool currently tops the Premier League table, holding a 15-point lead over Arsenal with nine games remaining.
They are preparing for a crucial week, including the second leg of their Champions League round of 16 match against Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday.
Following this, The Reds are set to play Newcastle in the Carabao Cup final at Wembley on Sunday.
