World No. 23 Russian tennis player, Karen Khachanov, has shared amusing memories from his school days.
“I was always late. I definitely had timing issues. As a child, I was always at the front of the line – probably because of my height,” stated Khachanov, as reported by the Indian Wells tournament press service.
Khachanov is set to compete at the Indian Wells Masters, taking place from March 5th to 16th. Recently, the Russian participated in the ATP 500 event in Dubai, where he was defeated in the second round by Stefanos Tsitsipas, who went on to win the tournament.
