World No. 2 Iga Swiatek shared her thoughts on the TV series she watches.
She mentioned, “I haven’t watched ‘Shogun’ yet, but it’s on my list. I read the book, and my dad watched it and highly recommended it. Funnily enough, I haven’t even seen ‘Game of Thrones’. I just finished watching ‘Gossip Girl’, so I’m really behind (smiles).”
When asked if she reads more than watching movies or series, Swiatek responded, “I would say it’s about even. I try to read when I’m stressed or have a lot to do off the court because it calms me down. But when I can relax and do what I want, I watch series. I try to keep a balance. I think it’s about 50:50,” the Polish player explained in an interview with Tennis Channel in Indian Wells.
