Burnley fans joked about being “used to it” after their team’s official X account incorrectly stated that they had drawn 0-0 with West Brom.
Scott Parker’s team played against Tony Mowbray’s West Bromwich Albion at Turf Moor, aiming to overtake Leeds at the top of the Championship league.

Burnley has been known for their strong defense this season.
Before this game, they had only conceded 10 goals in 36 league matches under Parker’s management.
Burnley did concede a goal from John Swift’s impressive free kick in the 20th minute.
However, the team chasing promotion quickly responded, with Zian Flemming scoring the equalizer in the 23rd minute.
The game concluded with a 1-1 draw, contrary to what their initial social media update suggested.
The erroneous tweet declared: “It ends goalless in Burnley.”
In response to this mistake, one fan commented humorously: “We’re so used to 0-0 hahahahaaha.”
Another fan playfully added: “we saw what you did there.”
The Clarets quickly corrected their post to say: “It ends level in Burnley.”
Remarkably, Parker’s team has had eleven 0-0 draws this season.
They have scored 50 goals, which is the lowest among the top four teams in the Championship.
Before their 2-1 victory against Cardiff earlier in March, Burnley had a streak of 12 consecutive league games without conceding a goal.
After tonight’s Championship match, Burnley remains in third place in the league standings.
They are just one point behind Leeds United, who were previously leading, and two points behind Sheffield United, the new league leaders.
