Kenzie Morrison, the son of the renowned former heavyweight boxing champion Tommy Morrison, has signed a multi-fight contract to compete in bare-knuckle fighting with BKFC.

The 34-year-old heavyweight boxer, boasting a record of 22 wins, 1 loss, and 2 draws, with 20 knockouts, is transitioning to BKFC. His past victories include wins against Hasim Rahman Jr. and BKFC veteran Sam Shewmaker.

Morrison expressed his excitement about joining BKFC, stating he had positive discussions with BKFC president David Feldman and is eager to compete with the talented athletes in the organization.

Following in his father Tommy’s footsteps, who gained fame in the heavyweight boxing scene in the early 1990s, Kenzie is continuing the family legacy. Tommy Morrison famously fought boxing icons such as Ray Mercer, George Foreman, Donovan “Razor” Ruddock, and Lennox Lewis.

Tommy Morrison was also known for his role as Tommy “The Machine” Gunn in the movie “Rocky V” alongside Sylvester Stallone. He passed away in 2013 due to cardiac arrest.

Kenzie Morrison began his boxing career later in life at 22 but has since achieved a successful professional record.

While his debut date with BKFC is yet to be announced, Morrison is expected to compete in the heavyweight division, currently headed by UFC veteran Ben Rothwell as champion.
